"Processing" is the amount of time it takes for your order to be prepared/made before it gets shipped out. Processing is the duration of time taken to make an order and has ZERO correlation to shipping. Please bear in mind, every order is handmade, hand prepared, and hand packaged.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product AND COVID-19, refunds will not be issued. Wigs and Any Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer due to sanitation reasons. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.

THERE WILL HE NO REFUNDS ON READY TO SHIP UNITS! IF YOU PURCHASE A READY TO SHIP UNIT AND ITS NOT THE CORRECT SIZE, WE CAN NOT REFUND YOU DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS PRODUCT.
For all custom units please make sure you correctly enter in all CORRECT measurements. There will be no refunds do to the nature of this product.

If any texture or length you’ve selected is out of stock due to the pandemic I will reach out to you Via email and discuss other options. All wig turn arounds are 10-15 business days. Delays in shipping will also be affected due to Covid-19. If you are ordering for special occasions, please give yourself enough time. All units are made with mesh dome caps and constructed on a sewing machine or by hand. The knots will be bleached and units will be plucked and styled if requested.
